Emerging, High-Risk Alcohol Products Webinar

This webinar provides a thorough inspection of emerging, high-risk alcohol products, which are defined as products that are produced, packaged, marketed, or advertised in a way that is unreasonably attractive to teens or kids. This session will (1) demonstrate a wide variety of new and high-risk products that are now available; (2) illustrate the 7 categories of these products with examples in each; and, (3) explain advocacy steps that Dover Youth to Youth has and is taking to address the problem.

The target audience for this training is community coalitions and other prevention people addressing underage drinking, particularly those working with youth advocates to do so. The webinar will be largely presented by youth leaders from Dover Youth to Youth, and resources will be made available to coalitions and youth groups who would also like to take on this issue.
