Get Certified to provide Youth Mental Health First Aid!

Training includes 2-Hours Virtual Pre-Work and 6 Hour In-person workshop. Training is intended for people 18+.

Informs adults about common mental health concerns among youth.
Teaches adults how to recognize signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use problems in youth.
Provides adults with skills to help a youth who may be facing a mental health problem or crisis, such as suicide.
