MARCH 26: AFSP IT’S REAL
This program raises awareness about mental health issues commonly experienced by young adults. Participants will learn how to start a conversation about mental health, the importance of self-care, and how to reach out for help.
APRIL 16: A.I.D. SUICIDE PREVENTION
This training teaches participants how to interact effectively with someone experiencing mental distress using three steps: Awareness, Interaction, and Direction. This training also includes
education on mental health resources, practicing the A.I.D. action plan, reducing stigma around mental illness and substance use, and promoting self-care.
WHO CAN ATTEND? These trainings are open to any young adult (ages 18-30) who lives, works, or studies in New Hampshire.
