Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth: Allyship 101

Do you want to learn how to best support LGBTQ+ young people ahead of the winter holidays? Seacoast Outright’s Educational Outreach Team is hosting a free virtual community training open to caregivers, community members, and individual professionals.

This training will cover: LGBTQ+ terminology, the “why” of allyship/ the impact on well-being, and strategies to support the LGBTQ+ youth in your life.

Note that this is an educational space and anyone seeking to learn (regardless of knowledge level coming in) is welcome; anyone seeking to agitate will be promptly removed to ensure the safely of the space for others.
