• Watch the live event and complete the corresponding assessment. You cannot complete the assessment unless you have watched the live event.
• Once finished, click on the certificate you wish to earn. If you are selecting CHES or MCHES be sure to include your CHES or MCHES number in the assessment.
• You can always re-visit your earned certificates by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner.
