PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Participants must live and work in the following New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Two mentees per state will be selected as part of our mentoring cohort.
2.) Participants must be able to commit to the following training dates IN BOLD from 10:00am – 12:00pm ET:
3.) Participants must meet with their mentors AT LEAST once per month during the program duration.
4.) Participants must complete all evaluation components of the program, to include but not limited to, pre- and post- assessments and monthly mentor/mentee meeting feedback forms.
