The Partnership will hold convenings with partners every other month to discuss upcoming activities and prevention initiatives.

During this convening, Seacoast Outright will join The Partnership @drugfreeNH to present ‘LGBTQ+ Allyship 101‘. This training will introduce foundational concepts relevant to the LGBTQ+ community. Participants with be able to recognize the role of intersectional bias on mental health outcomes. Participants will be provided with practical strategies to act as an ally within their work.
Learning Objectives:
- Create shared language by increasing knowledge of general terms & concepts relevant to the LGBTQ+ community
- Assist participants with recognizing the role of bias on negative mental health outcomes and the importance of practicing allyship
- Equip participants with strategies to act as an ally to LGBTQ+ clients and coworkers
