This class provides an overview of the up to date information about Perinatal Mental Health. Definitions and statistics will be shared, as well as deeper insight into the spectrum of Perinatal Mental Health conditions during pregnancy and postpartum, including Baby Blues, depression, and anxiety. A brief overview of current treatment options will be laid out.
