Change is possible. Hope is essential.
Recovery is a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential. (Source: SAMHA’s Working Definition of Recovery, www.samhsa.gov/recovery)

There are many recovery and support programs for alcohol and other drugs throughout the state of New Hampshire. These programs provide help for individuals in recovery, and support for their family and friends.
